Special Council Meeting

Be it resolved that we open this special meeting of council and approve the agenda as presented.

Be it resolved that the following by-law be introduced and is deemed to have been read a first, second and third time and passed: By-law # 90 - 2014, being a by-law for the Removal of Part Lot Control for a property owned by 2035482 Ontario Inc., and legally described as Lot 82 on Plan 50M-313, being Parts 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 on Plan 50R-10244 and known as 228 and 230 Belfort Street in the Village of Embrun . (Report # 33-2014).

Be it resolved that the following by-law be introduced and is deemed to have been read a first, second and third time and passed: By-law # 91 - 2014, being a by-law for the Removal of Part Lot Control for a property owned by Melanie Construction and legally described as Lot 36 on Plan 50M-311, being Parts 1 and 2 and 3 on Plan 50R-10278 and known as 14 et 16 Abbey Crescent in the Village of Russell. (Report # 38-2014).

Be it resolved that the following by-law be introduced and is deemed to have been read a first, second and third time and passed: By-law # 92- 2014, being a by-law for the Removal of Part Lot Control for a property owned by Melanie Construction, and legally described as Lot 34 on Plan 50M-311, being Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Plan 50R-10277 and known as 22 et 24 Abbey Crescent in the Village of Russell. (Report # 39-2014).

Be it resolved that the following by-law be introduced and is deemed to have been read a first, second and third time and passed: By-law 93 -2014, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of council for the special council meeting of June 25, 2014.

Be it resolved that we close this special meeting of council.
