Be it resolved that we approve the agenda with t he following change s : To suspend the Rules of Procedures to add the Playing of the National Anthem and the Prayer at this time. Remove item 8(d) Planning Report PD 47-2013 – Modification of internal procedures of the Township of Russell – Plan of Subdivision.
