Committee of Adjustments Meeting

Whereas the following report has been presented at this meeting of the Committee of Adjustments; And Whereas the Committee of Adjustments deems it advisable to approve the recommendations of staff from the said report; therefore be it resolved that the Committee of Adjustment approves recommendations from staff for the following: Report #PD-14-2021 Consent applications #B-092-2020 submitted by Raymo nd St-Pierre & Lise Bourdeau-St-Pierre, for the property as legally described as Part of Lot 9, Concession 7, Plan 50R540, Lot 70, Plan 50M150, known as 28 Castlebeau, Embrun, subject to the conditions identified in the report.
